I am a learning consultant with extensive training and professional background in helping students who are struggling in school. I work with students and families at a distance, by telephone, email and Skype. There is not a “one size fits all” method that helps everyone with learning difficulties to become a successful and happy learner.  I conduct a thorough case analysis and then work with you in multiple ways to find the help that you and your children deserve.  When it is appropriate, I make referrals to carefully selected professionals in the area where you live. Credentials

Katherine Minton, PhD, M.S.Ed, completed her doctoral work at the Union Institute and University, her master’s at Baylor University, and B.A. at Coe College. She is a certified educational diagnostician, with advanced interdisciplinary training and experience in the multiple issues that affect learning success. Dr. Minton was in private practice in northern Colorado and served as an educational diagnostician and teacher in school districts and colleges in the U.S and Canada. She consults with and refers to a trusted network of highly skilled professional practitioners who believe in an integrated approach to developing strong learning abilities and a healthy lifestyle. Katherine’s second language is Spanish and she also works well with students who are English language learners.
